About Leah

I’m Leah Wren, business mentor for women in coaching and wellbeing.

I help women who sell their expertise build steady income, from a business that fits around their life. This isn’t theory for me, because I’ve had to do it myself, more than once.

My story

A business built in the “after”

My daughter, Maggie-Mae, died from AML, a form of leukaemia, when she was 18 months old.

That loss changed me permanently. As a result, my relationship with time, motherhood, work, ambition and money changed too, along with what I actually want my life to look like.

In the years that followed, I also navigated divorce, co-parenting and financial uncertainty, while trying to create security for my family. There were times I felt overwhelmed, stuck and completely unsure what came next. Each time, I had to rebuild.

I didn’t create a framework and then look for people to teach it to. Instead, I lived the questions first.

These were the questions I had to answer in my own life:

  • How do I create meaningful income without giving my whole life to my business?
  • What does success look like when my energy isn’t unlimited?
  • Can I make ambitious decisions and still be present for the people I love?
  • And what happens if I stop letting fear, grief and self-doubt decide what’s possible for me?

In time, the answers became the foundation of my work, and of the Comeback Story Code™.

How I work

Strategy for your business. Steadiness for you.

Knowing what to do isn’t always the same as being able to do it. You can have the perfect plan and still procrastinate, or know exactly what to sell and still feel uneasy about being visible. That’s why I work on both sides.

The commercial side

Your offer, positioning, pricing, client journey, visibility and the systems that let you grow without adding hours. A business has to make financial sense, not just feel aligned.

The inner side

Somatic practice, identity work and mindset tools to help you move past the fear, money stories and self-doubt that stop you acting on your strategy.

Together, they make up my method, the Comeback Story Code™: six phases for building a business that pays you properly.

What I believe

The principles behind my mentoring

  1. Ambition and a full life don’t have to compete. In other words, you can be deeply present for the people you love and also be paid well for your work.
  2. Your business should fit around your life. Not consume it, because growth shouldn’t depend on more hours.
  3. Good business isn’t about chasing or pushing. The right clients come to you when your offer is clear and they can see you.
  4. Strategy, identity and your nervous system all matter. That’s why lasting change needs all three.
  5. Your story is a foundation, not a setback. What you’ve lived through can become the reason your work matters.

I’m here to sit beside you, not stand on a pedestal.

I’ve walked this path, and I know the way through. If you’re ready to build a business that pays you properly and fits around your life, let’s talk.
