VIP DAY

The Magnetic Offer Formula™ VIP Day

Walk into Christmas with your offer ready to sell

One day with me, in school hours. You leave with your offer clear, your price decided, your payment link live and your launch plan ready to roll out straight away, at your own pace, with the emails and posts to set running in the background while life gets busy.

Thirty minutes, with no pitch and no pressure. Let’s see if it’s right for you.

Nat (Tidy Happy People) took two deposits from new clients in one week. In her words: “Yep, it’s business, let’s do it.”

Book by Wednesday 21 October for two weeks of WhatsApp voice-note support after your day.

Leah Wren, business mentor for women in coaching and wellbeing

Sound familiar?

You’re good at what you do. You’ve done the training, and probably a few courses on top. Your clients love you, when you have them.

But:

  • Your offer changes every time you write about it.
  • You’ve rewritten your sales page more times than you’ve shared it.
  • You know what you should charge, then you say a smaller number out loud.
  • The word “sales” makes your shoulders creep up to your ears.
  • You’ve got a drawer full of courses, templates and frameworks, and still no clear offer.
  • Life keeps getting in the way. School runs, sick days, your other job, everyone else’s needs. The business gets whatever’s left, which some weeks is nothing.

And the quieter worries, the ones you don’t say out loud:

  • What if I’m not actually good enough to charge that?
  • What if I put it out there and nobody buys?
  • What if it works, and I can’t keep up?

None of that means you’re bad at business. It means you’ve been trying to do all of it alone, in the gaps.

Is this for you?

This is for you if:

  • you work in coaching or wellbeing, and you’ve had at least a few clients or sales
  • you’re ready to sell a higher-value offer properly, without chasing
  • you’d rather get it done in a day than drag it out for months
  • you’re open to working on the inner stuff (the freeze, the self-doubt) as well as the strategy

It isn’t for you if:

  • you want someone to build your business for you while you watch
  • you’re looking for a quick-fix income promise (I don’t make those)
  • you’re not ready to have real conversations with real people about your work

Two ways into January

You could work it all out on your own. Plenty of women try. Here’s what that usually looks like between now and Christmas:

On your ownWith me, in one day
Two or three weeks of evenings, squeezed between nativities, school fairs and present-wrappingOne day, in school hours, with a proper lunch break
Second-guessing every decision, alone, at 10pmDecisions made with someone who’s broken the same cycles you’re trying to break
Another course, another template, another spadeOne clear offer, in your own words, with your own method
The freeze when it’s time to share it, so it slides to “after Christmas”Your payment link live before we log off
Starting January still planningLegwork done before Christmas, so January is the final stretch of your launch, ready to invite sales in

The real cost of waiting isn’t money. It’s another season of an offer that’s nearly ready, another January of “this year will be different”, and another few months of the business getting whatever’s left.

Before Christmas

What you walk away with

On the day

  • Your offer, clear. Who it’s for, the transformation and what’s included, in a sentence you can say out loud without wobbling.
  • Your price, decided. It’s worked out from the business and life you want, with the maths behind it, so you stop shrinking it on calls.
  • Your own named method. Your pillars, your way, in your words. The framework you’ve always wanted to “have”.
  • Your one-page offer, ready to paste into an email, a DM or your website.
  • Your warm 20, the real people to invite, with your first messages written.
  • Your sales conversation guide, for a call that feels like a good lunch, not a pitch.
  • Your payment link, live. Ready to invite customers into your world that same day.

Ready to roll out as you go

You don’t have to wait for January.

  • The 12-Week Magnetic Launch Plan. Do the legwork before Christmas as you move through the lessons: your offer, your messaging and your automations. By January you’re in the final stages of your launch, ready to invite sales in.
  • Your messaging, set up to run in the background. Step-by-step tutorials walk you through my tried-and-tested email, social media scheduling and AI tools, with the exact set-up I use. You get your welcome emails and posts running at your own pace, so your business keeps inviting people in while life gets busy. No guesswork, no new tabs, no getting lost.
  • Somatic practices for when life gets busy, when you feel unsupported, or when you’re stuck in “freeze” or “help me!” mode. They’re also there before sales calls and before you send your invitations. This is the part no template can do for you.

How it works

  1. BeforeAbout 30 minutes

    Your pre-work

You get the first sessions of The Magnetic Offer Formula™ playbook and a simple prompt to get your thoughts down, plus easy instructions for opening a free payment account, so your payment link can go live on the day. We start from your thinking, not a blank page. This VIP day for coaches runs in school hours, so it fits around your family, not the other way round.

  2. MorningFrom 9:30am on Zoom

    Your foundations

By lunchtime, your offer stands on solid ground: a transformation you can name in one breath, a method that’s unmistakably yours, and a price you believe in.

  3. LunchAway from the screen

    A proper break

Away from the screen, with something hot.

  4. AfternoonUntil 2:45pm

    Your springboard

You log off with a business ready to move: an offer you can share today, your first invitations written, a live payment link ready to invite customers into your world that day, and a launch plan that fits your real diary, not an imaginary one.

  5. EveningA voice note from me

    Your next three actions

A voice note from me with your next three actions, so nothing gets lost in the school run.

After your day

  • Your step-by-step library (founding edition)

Guides, videos and tutorials released as you need them, ready to put into action one step at a time. That includes “Set It and Forget It”, for getting your emails and posts running in the background.

  • Your safety nets

Somatic, shadow and mindset practices for the days life tries to pull you back.

  • Week 4 check-in

Is life trying to pull you back into staying small, or are you still feeling brave and tall in your new identity as a badass business owner who gets sh*t done?

  • Week 8 check-in

We review what’s moving the needle, so you keep inviting sales in, and plan the next stage of your roll-out. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Leah Wren

Why work with me

Hi, I’m Leah Wren

I’m a business mentor for women in coaching and wellbeing, and the creator of the Comeback Story Code™.

AI can write you an offer in thirty seconds. It can’t tell you why your stomach drops when you go to hit send (if it even gets to that stage!). That’s where I come in. I bring a BSc in Psychology, an MA in Social Work, world-class life and business coach training with Suzy Ashworth, and 500 hours of yoga teacher training. So alongside the strategy, we work on what’s underneath: shadow work, mindset and archetype work, and wiring your nervous system to thrive in your role as CEO of your life’s work.

Strategy gets your offer written. This work gets it out into the world: your ideal clients invited in, finding you, knowing what you do and stepping into your world.

Real stories

Two women, two turning points

Nat, Tidy Happy People

Nat was building her decluttering business around a busy teaching job, and felt every booking was a client “doing me a real favour”. We worked on deposits, clear terms and speaking up without asking permission, plus somatic tools for that tight, waiting feeling while clients decide. Then came a week with two deposits from new clients, and 11 new sign-ups to her mailing list from one wellbeing fair.

“Yep, it’s business, let’s do it.”

Amanda, Radiate Fitness

Amanda had planned courses “so many times” without launching one, and was torn for weeks between selling single modules or the whole course. In one session we weighed it against her own values rather than other people’s advice. Before the call ended she’d decided to launch with her Base Camp modules first, booked in recording for the next morning, and rated her clarity 5 out of 5.

“I know exactly what I’m doing.”

Questions women ask me

What happens on the Zoom coffee?

It’s 30 minutes, just you and me. We’ll talk about your business, what’s getting in the way, and whether a VIP Day is the right fit. There’s no hard sell. If it isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you, and you’ll still leave with one clear next step.

I’ve done courses on this before. How is this different?

Courses give you information to work through on your own, in the evenings, when you’re tired. On a VIP Day we do it together, in a day, and we work on the part courses skip: the freeze, the undercharging and the not-sending. You leave with it done, not with homework.

What tools will I need?

A laptop, Zoom and a quiet space for the day. To get your emails and posts running in the background, you’ll get step-by-step tutorials for my tried-and-tested email, social media scheduling and AI tools. Free or paid plans depend on your audience size and needs. Which plan you choose is your decision, and we’ll work within your budget. We’ll check what you already use on your Zoom coffee.

Do I need a fancy website?

No. Your one-page offer can live in a simple shared document, like a Google Doc, and your payment link does the rest. You can send both in a message, an email or a DM today. A website is lovely to have later, but it isn’t what stands between you and your first sales.

Do I need a big following?

No. A big following matters if you’re selling something cheap to lots of strangers. A high-value offer is different. It’s bought by a handful of women who trust you, and trust is built in real conversations, not in likes. Ten honest conversations with the right women will do more for you than ten thousand followers who’ve never spoken to you. That’s why your day includes your warm 20 and a conversation guide. These conversations are ethical and centred on her, so they feel nothing like “selling”. You’re simply inviting someone you can genuinely help.

When can I book my VIP Day?

VIP Days run Monday to Friday, in school hours (9:30am–2:45pm), during term time. This round’s dates are listed above. If none of them work, book a Zoom coffee and we’ll see what we can do.

I don’t have an offer yet. Is this for me?

Yes, if you’ve worked with a few clients but haven’t shaped them into a clear offer yet. We build the offer together. If you already have one, we’ll sharpen it, price it properly and get it selling.

What if life gets in the way afterwards?

It will. That’s why everything is built for real life: the plan is in small weekly steps, the library is there to stop and start, and your emails and posts can run in the background. The week 4 and week 8 calls bring you back on track.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Ask about the payment plan on your Zoom coffee.

What if I need to move my date or cancel?

Moving your date: life happens. You can move your VIP Day to another date in my diary, as long as it takes place within 3 months of booking.

Cancelling: VIP Days are a business service for business owners, so payments aren’t refundable once you’ve booked. But you can always move your date, as above.

Is this therapy?

No. It’s business mentoring that uses somatic practice and gentle shadow work. Practices are always optional. If something bigger comes up, I’ll encourage you to take it to a therapist or your GP.

Will this guarantee me sales?

No one can honestly promise that, and I won’t. What I can promise is that you leave with a clear offer, a price you can say out loud, a way to get paid and a plan to invite people. And with two check-in sessions and the course materials, you won’t feel unsupported while you troubleshoot and explore your sales strategy.

Ready to walk into January with it done?

Book a free 30-minute Zoom coffee. We’ll talk about where your business is, what’s getting in the way, and whether a VIP Day is the right next step. There’s no hard sell. If it isn’t right, I’ll tell you, and you’ll still leave with one clear next step.
